I, not being the biggest fan of spending hours cooking decided I could be more useful in the baking department. Off we went! A little bit of flour, some butter, cinnamon, fruits with a chocolate hazelnut spread and wah la! WE had to mouth watering, indulging, delicious desserts! Banana Bread, from scratch and crêpes!

One of the most anticipated weeks in fashion and I had a front row seat to all the action. Thanks to Jess (my boss) I was able to attend AMCONYC's NYFW. AMCONYC is one of the top platform for emerging designers during NYFW. Designers such as Ane Amour, Eva Michelle, Kreyol, KUR Collection + many more, hit there runways this year.
T H E E X P E R I E N C E: Let me tell you, I've been to Mercedes Benz NYFW before, and although it is something that I wanted to check off my bucket list, not being a VIP or behind the scenes makes the overall experience average. My seats were decent, the show was a matter of seconds, and after, everyone was fidgeting to get out or closer to the runway for pics, thus shoving my little behind. At AMCONYC's Fashion Week, although smaller, media guests were treated to complimentary coffees and snacks sponsored by Dunkin Donuts.
When check in time came, I was directed to the tables, where my coat could be checked (didn't do it, don't trust people, lol) and was personally escorted to my front row seat! Although I was excited inside, I kept my composure as if this is what I experienced all the time.
On top of the special treatment, I was able to meet some pretty awesome people. One being Alessandra, an inspiring fashion student from ATL now living in the big apple! (Check out her blog!)
Alas, the week was over and I was going back to Jersey where the only 'special' treatment I get is being passed the remote. Until next time NYFW!

Xoxo,

fabulously living for less.
Just a millennial figuring out how to live a purposeful, fabulous life without breaking the bank. Come along as I share what I’m learning and collecting along the way—through fashion, beauty, travel, and everyday inspiration. xo, K
Let’s start out with a bit of honesty shall we. Vegas has always been on my bucket list, not because I’m super in to anything that it has to offer, but mainly because it’s VEGAS and everyone should see it at some point of in their life. But to my surprise, I LOVED Vegas! So so much and I really do believe like LA it’s a place that I could visit regularly and not get tired of. The west coast lifestyle is always so different from the east coast and I think it’s a sweet escape to visit Vegas every once in awhile.
As for most of my travel tips, I’m going to break this trip down by budget, activities and nightlife. So if you’re looking to visit Vegas for an extended weekend then this is the post for you!
Planning trips can be both a blessing and a curse for me. Over time I've realized that what makes them worth it is the tips and tricks I can share after I travel! Looking for the best Montreal Travel Guide for first-timers? Keep reading!
The initial purpose of this spontaneous trip was creativity! A group of creatives and I wanted to go to Montreal for a photo and video shoot! Figured the city is beautiful enough that we could get a plethora of good content while there.Of course for me though, if it's my first time in a city, I want to enjoy the city. Which leads me to my must-have for every trip I'm on — an itinerary.
I like to save! It's something I inherited from my mom, saving money is like hitting the jackpot for us. Here are some times on how I planned a trip to Barcelona and Ibiza on a budget.I decided I wanted to go back to Spain in November. It was a promise I made to myself five years ago after studying abroad in Barcelona. Making that a promise a reality and affordable means that I had to plan ahead.

Staycation should be a bigger thing than they are! I love flying but it was honestly so nice to getaway and not deal with the hassle of the airport, Uber, ears popping, babies crying and all the other nonsense when you’re trying to fly out. I also know that some people aren’t quite ready to fly yet but she should take your vacation days sis!
