#OOTD: Rosé & Roshe Ones

O B S E S S I O N: I've always been a fan of Nike, specifically Nike Roshe Run (and One). They're cute and comfy, what more can a girl ask for! This #ootd is a collab between inspector gadget and a ballerina! Wanted to keep the look simple, yet edgy with a little sporty flair. And I can proudly say that everything I bought for this outfit was purchased at a discounted price! Magnifique! IMG_6362IMG_6357IMG_6367IMG_6365IMG_6354IMG_6358IMG_6353IMG_6363D E T A I L S:Shoes- Roshe OnePhone case- Rose All Day Earrings- T A INecklace- AldoBracelets- Alex and Ani Watch- DKNYGlasses- Urban OutfittersOnesie- Urban OutfittersJacket- Charlotte Russe Xoxo,Kelsley!

Update: Hair, Skin & Nails!

Update, Update Y'all! So I'm still taking my favorite 3 vitamins, Biotin, Vitamin E and the Multi. I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on my progress and something else I added into the mix.My hair has been cooperating lately, but my nails are still struggling! What I started to use in addition to the biotin is garlic nail polish as a top coat! It smells awful and although google says that it doesn't really help your nails, it sure has been helping mine! Check out the hair and nail growth below!Ps. I did cut my hair, but I wanted to show you the growth up until that point and I will not be cutting it again until the summer! Before:After:

Once a bird...always a bird!

My very first alumni weekend! What a bittersweet feeling. So remember how I told you guys that during my graduation I didn't really realize what was happening, well it finally hit me this past Sunday when I realized that the scenarios had been reversed; that I wasn't going home to New Jersey for a visit, that the visit was at Catholic in D.C. I missed everything, my friends, the D.C air (Even the humidity), the campus and the horrible cafeteria food, I missed being in college. I don't know how long this transition will be but I want to get past this nostalgic feeling. Until then, I'll just make occasional visits to the school I liked in the city I loved, with my so called friends lol! I can't really recap my weekend in the form of words because so much happened, but I hope that the pictures due it justice!

Wedding Bells! Mr. and Mrs. Ruiz

Weddings are wonderful! Not only because you get to witness a beautiful union, but because you get free food, fun and dancing for an extended period. Oh and I guess you get to bond with your family too! This wedding was pretty close to home for me because my cousin got married. Now I have about 20+ cousins and although I love them dearly and equally, I'm closer to the ones who are closer in age to me. Brandon, is part of the BACK crew which was a name given to me, my cousin Christina, my brother Aaron and Brandon by our older cousin/brother, Jason. Instead of calling us individually, he would just say BACK which would incorporate us all. I think it was pretty hard for me to process  that Brandon was getting married, but at the same time I was super excited because Nichole (his new wife) is a sweetheart and fits right into the family.I also had the pleasure of being apart of the planning of the wedding, assisting my mother with altering the dress and also being the visionary behind the bride's hairstyle and her bridesmaids. I truly did enjoy giving a helping hand with this wedding and can honestly say it turned out to be extraordinary! Check it out below.
Oh and of course I had to have a little photo shoot! ;)Xoxo,Kelsley!IMG_5977 IMG_5976 IMG_5975 IMG_5979
