Vintage Fashion Trend that I'm loving: Fur Cuffs

I can't get enough of faux fur this season! Fur hats, bags, coat and more important...fur cuffs! A vintage fashion trend that was super popular in the late 20s early 30s has made a comeback as all fashion trends do and I am simply indulging myself in it.Fur everything made a very significant comeback in 2018! Bold colors and prints, not just traditional or natural looking fur, but fur that demands attention. And with fur collars and cuffs, you can truly spice up any look!Now anyone who knows me knows I love a DIY Challenge, and with my newfound interest in fur I just knew I had to make a fur cuff.What I truly love about these custom cuffs is that they're removable, so I can add them to any article of clothing that I want. Jumpsuit, sweater, blazer, dress, leather jacket and more!I first came upon fur cuffs on a blazer when I was at a photo shoot. It was a Zara blazer with green fur cuffs! I was smitten! To my surprise though I wouldn't have thought that I would continue the Zara trend by recreating this floral blazer.I felt that a nice brown neutral would instantly take this already fabulous blazer to the next level! And when I tell you this DIY was done by hand, I mean. Super easy for beginners. I'm headed back to Joann's to get more fur to add to my collection!xx,

Fall is the best time to wear boots because you don't really have the weather interference. It doesn't rain much, there isn't snow and you can look fashionable without haven't to be concerned with your toes being cold! So that's why I am loving these designer inspired boots, they are perfect for the fall season!

A few months back as I was preparing for NYFW I spotted the Chole Rylee Medium Boot (red)! I loved the boot so much that I contemplated dropping the 1000+ dollars to buy them (never experienced that before). I searched all over for an identical shoe at a lesser value but came up empty.

I ultimately went to the NYFW event with a different pair of shoes, but of course, the very next day EGO official's dupe of the Rylee boot was released. Although I was bummed that I had missed the moment to pull together a fab outfit with beautiful shoes, I still had to get them.Made sense why I loved them so much too, my dad has a pair of his very own cowboy boots (he secretly believes he's one). So as the introducer to all my fashion risks, I had to get my own fashionable pair to match my dad!Ready to pull out your fall boots?xoxo,

How to style a romper 3 ways during the summer

If you could be any article of clothing, what would you be and why? I'd be a romper, because how else could I style an outfit 3 ways during the summer!Wanna know why I love rompers for the summer? One outfit with endless breathability...I mean possibility! But then again, I love a good breeze in those very much needed areas during the summer! No one wants to be uncomfortably sweating in all the wrong places.With rompers, you don't have to put much effort into your summer fit and you can stay cool, calm and classy while wearing it!A concert, Festival, Supermarket (if you bourgeois)Summers are filled with late warm nights, festivals and concerts! But with that late warmth comes humidity and personally, humidity makes me irritable. My skin starts to itch and I feel as if every little thing in the entire world is crawling on me. Which leads me to my next point, when it's hot and humid, don't wear pants, don't wear multiple items, don't layer up...wear a romper.Brunch I could brunch all year long, but I especially love brunching during the summer! It just feels right. I feel like whoever created brunch, created it during the summer. Now if you are going to brunch, you should expect to leave with your belly at max capacity. Which means, no jeans, no skirts, nothing that will constrict the waist area, just grab a romper sis! Date Night Date night should never be stressful, it should be easy with a sassy yet simple look! Whenever a pair of heels is added to a romper look it takes it to the next level, it makes it "date" appropriate but still super comfy!How do you feel about rompers?
