A New Year, The Next Chapter; don't forget your shoes

I don't think I've accepted the fact that today is NYE. 2014 has been an extraordinary year for me. I had the glorious opportunity to travel throughout Europe and live in the wonderful city of Barcelona for 4 months where I met some incredible and unforgettable people. January through May was definitely life changing; I'll never be the same again. I also had the pleasure of having two of my family members graduate this year. Aaron, (my older brother) graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in engineering. Alex (my younger brother) just recently graduated from recruit training and is officially a U.S Marine. Sweet! In September I was able to work with DC Modern Luxury and continue to enhance my passion for writing while learning more about the world of print journalism and magazine. 2014 introduced new chapters in my life, not to mention the new memories I have made with the people that I love most. Regrets, laughter, tears and overwhelming joy, whatever it may have been I'm thankful that God has allowed me to complete another year under His unfailing grace. Now folks, I know I am not the only one who procrastinates. If you still don't have an outfit for tonight, here's a little inspiration for you! Remember, don't forget your shoes lol.

Fall fashion season has to be one of my favorites because of the plethora of style. From leather pants to oversized sweaters, the versatility creates a picturesque masterpiece! Today’s post is all about the different looks for the fall. With the help of my friends, you’ll be able to see how fun and creative fall style can be.

Courtney Stith often finds fashion inspiration in everything, but lately she has been looking to FaithCSHaslem (twitter: @faithstyleuncut) to get her outfit inspiration. Courtney’s style is dependent on how she is feeling. Check out the deitz of her weekend fit!Fedora -f21 mens, $17Jean vest - american apparel, $68Blouse - thrift store, under $10High waist jeans - h&m, $20 Booties- bakers, $110     Erica Butler always has a process of putting an outfit together. There is usually one item that she is set on wearing; the rest simply builds around it. Although Erica feels most of her inspiration comes from within, she sometimes gets inspired by her lovely boss, Angelica Capozzi and fabulous sister, Elyse for ideas. EB

Gap! I have always been a fan of the Gap, but let’s be honest, as a college student I can’t afford it! Which is why I almost passed out when one of my customers told me that the Gap was having a great sale. Not only do they have their summer items marked down, but it is an additional 30-40% off of the marked sale price! You can’t beat that!

5 pants, 3 Shirts, 1 Sweater | $90 And Lastly, I could never give a sale update without my most prized possessions, shoes. Aldo my Loves! I had my eyes set on a pair of heels from Aldo and decided I was going to wait until I got paid to buy them! Well that took quite some time, but I’m grateful that I waited because thanks to their summer sale. I paid $39 for the $100 shoes that I bought! That’s more than 50% off!
