DIY Tulle Skirt

So for my 22nd birthday I decided I wanted to take on the task of making a tulle skirt. It was fairly simple, and with the help of my mother I was able to create a masterpiece!On the day of my actual birthday  I was inspired by my skirt and decided to change up a few other items I had in my closet. I added a snowflake to the end of my crop top to dress up and found matching ribbons to create ankle straps on my shoes! I've got pictures and the DIY video below! Check it out :)
